We do not quote figures upfront that later turn out not to hold. After a short, free assessment, often based on a few photos, you receive a fixed price within 24 hours. Removal is part of it; if a skip is needed or rubble has to be tipped, those costs are listed separately and upfront. If more or heavier material turns up during the work, we talk to you first.
Fixed price, removal and a clean handover
You never pay more than agreed. We take everything away, arrange a skip ourselves if the volume calls for one and leave your garden broom-clean.
About the cost
Why are there no prices on the site?
Because no two gardens are the same. Size, the amount of greenery, the ground and the access together determine the work, and a figure that does not match your situation is no help to you. We take a short look first, often from a few photos, and then give you a fixed price within 24 hours that you can rely on.
Do you charge a fixed price or by the hour?
We work with a fixed price upfront. You know exactly where you stand, regardless of how long the job takes. If more or heavier material turns up during the work, we stop, call you and agree the extra cost before carrying on. We never charge for anything you have not agreed to beforehand.
Is removal included in the price?
The removal itself is part of the price. Green and light material goes in our own vehicles. Heavy material such as stone, paving, rubble and concrete needs a skip, and tipping rubble is charged by the tonne. Those skip and tipping costs are listed separately and upfront in your quote, so you know them before you agree.
Will there be a skip, and what does it cost?
Sometimes. For an average garden we take everything away in our own vehicles, but with a lot of waste that does not fit in one go and a skip is needed. We order it for you. A skip costs money, so the amount is stated in your quote upfront and is never added afterwards. If it has to stand on the public road, a permit is needed. You can apply for that yourself, or we can arrange it for you by agreement. We tell you in good time whether it applies.

Can I get a price based on photos?
Often, yes. For many gardens we can set a fixed price from a few clear photos and the dimensions. Sometimes we visit first.
